How to request deletion
Fill out the form below and press Submit request. It will open your email client with a pre-filled message to our support team. Send that email as-is. We process every request within 7 business days and email you a confirmation once your account is deleted.
If nothing opened, email us directly at support@cricify.app with the subject Delete my Cricify account.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your Cricify account (email, display name, profile)
- Followed matches, series, teams, and personal preferences
- In-app subscription state (RevenueCat records)
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- Any prediction picks, fantasy selections, or session-odds notes you saved
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data is retained after account deletion, only where the law or our platform partners require it:
- Transaction and tax records for any paid subscriptions — kept for up to 7 years as required by Indian tax law. These records reference an anonymised internal ID, not your name or email.
- Aggregated, non-personal analytics (e.g. daily active user counts) that no longer identifies you.
- App Store / Play Store subscription entitlements managed by Apple or Google — you may need to cancel these in the App Store or Play Store settings separately before or after deleting your account.
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving them. You will get an email confirmation once your account has been deleted from our systems.
